Atarax can cause side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert. Before using Atarax, tell your doctor if you regularly use other medicines that make you sleepy such as cold or allergy medicine, sedatives, narcotic pain medicine, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, and medicine for seizures, depression, or anxiety. They can add to sleepiness caused by Atarax.
Skip the missed dose if it is time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Overdose can cause hypersedation, spasms, delirium, confusion, vomiting. Inform your doctor accordingly.
Store your medicines at room temperature between 59-77 degrees F (15-25 degrees C). Store away from moisture and light. Keep it out of the reach of children and away from pets. Don't use after end effective period.
